Brave Jeremy Kyle is returning to work TODAY just weeks after being diagnosed with testicular cancer.
The TV star, 47, will interview Amy Winehouse’s ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil in one of his most explosive TV interviews ever.
Jeremy returned home from a recuperating holiday in Dubai last night and will go straight into work, filming two shows three times a week to get his schedule back on track.
It emerged last week that Jeremy had been suffering from testicular cancer.
The controversial television presenter had surgery and chemotherapy after being diagnosed shortly before Christmas.
He was forced to take a break from recording his daytime show and has been recuperating abroad.
A show source said: “Jeremy says he feels much better and can’t wait to get back to work.
“He loves doing the show and was not going to let cancer stop him working and carrying on with his life.”
Jeremy is expected to get a huge ovation when he appears at Media City in Salford, Greater Manchester today.
He will grill Blake on his troubled drug-fuelled relationship with Amy, which left them both hooked on Class A drugs.
The source added: “This is a great first show for Jeremy to get his teeth stuck into and forget about his own troubles.”
The show will go out later in the year as repeats are currently being shown on ITV.
Over 2,000 men in the UK are diagnosed with testicular cancer each year.
The survival rate for the disease is around 97 per cent, with early treatment.
